At Canyon Lake Community Church Preschool, your child’s safety and security is our top priority. All members of our preschool and church staff are fingerprinted and background cleared through the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). We also utilize Megan’s law and NSOPW (National Sex Offender Public Website) as safety resources.

In addition to fingerprinting and background checks, all of our teachers have completed mandated reporter training and RiPP (Risk Intervention Prevention Program) training.

We operate under a “no-isolation policy”, meaning that no child is ever isolated with one adult. We staff two teachers at all times, even during early morning or late evening when we may only have one child in our care.

All of our preschool staff is CPR & First Aid certified in infant, child and adult practices. All staff has also received professional training on the use of a pediatric AED, which we have located on our campus.
