InnerCHANGE's focus is to "holistically develop people as leaders and reproducing disciples of Jesus." As the US Regional Director, Paul oversees multiple inner-city teams across the country - each living and ministering in poor, marginalized communities, proclaiming the Gospel in word and deed. Mariah coordinates and leads a team which cultivates and nurtures the lifelong development and training of all InnerCHANGE members internationally. Their children, Corrina and Jonas are a large part of their ministry to families in their downtown L.A. neighborhood.
